Find Jobs in the GCC — and know which ones are worth applying to
Live vacancies from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, matched against the CV you already built in DexterCV. Instead of another meaningless match percentage, every job tells you what to do: apply directly, tailor first, treat it as a stretch, or move on.

Everything Find Jobs gives you
Built by recruiters, so it optimises for the thing that actually matters — applications that are worth sending — rather than the size of the list.
A GCC-focused job feed
Live postings from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, refreshed every day so you are not reading last month's vacancies.
Recommendations from your CV
Your master CV drives a personalised feed. No filling in a separate profile — the resume you already built in DexterCV does the work.
An action, not a percentage
Every job carries one of five verdicts — Apply directly, Tailor before applying, Stretch, Not a strong fit, or No fit — with the reasoning behind it.
Requirement coverage you can check
See exactly how many of the stated requirements your CV evidences, which ones are genuinely missing, and which you have but have not presented well.
Visa and logistics flags
Postings that require local presence, immediate joining, site rotation or relocation are flagged before you spend an application on them.
Filters that hold up
Role, city, employment type, seniority and minimum salary — with typo-tolerant search that understands that CFO and Chief Financial Officer are the same job.
Saved searches and new-job alerts
Save a search once and see what is new since your last visit, marked with a New badge so you never re-read the same feed.
An application tracker
Move every role through saved, applied, interviewing and offer, so you always know where each application stands.
Tailor my CV in one click
Send a job straight into the Resume Customizer, edit it, download it, and jump to the employer's apply link — with the tailored version saved as a job-specific variant.

Find Jobs FAQ
Which countries does Find Jobs cover?
The six GCC markets: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Coverage is deepest in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah and Doha, with daily refreshes across all six.
How often are new jobs added?
Every day. A daily sweep pulls postings published in the last 24 hours across roles, industries and cities, plus two lighter refreshes during the day, so new relevant roles keep entering your recommended feed instead of the same list sitting there.
Why does DexterCV hide the match percentage?
Because a percentage does not tell you what to do. An 82% that hides a missing mandatory certification is worse than useless. Instead, every job gets one of five actions with the reasoning shown: which requirements you cover, which you are missing, and whether the seniority and logistics actually work.
How does the recommendation work?
It is deterministic, not a black box. Your CV's skills, seniority, years of experience and industry are compared against the requirements stated in the posting. Skills you have but have not presented clearly are separated from skills you genuinely lack, so "tailor first" and "not a fit" mean different things.
Do I need a Pro plan to use Find Jobs?
No. Signed-in free users can search jobs with a limited result set, get a limited recommended feed, and use the full application tracker. Pro unlocks full search results, the complete daily-refreshed recommended feed, saved-search alerts, and one-click CV tailoring from any job.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Find Jobs matches vacancies against your CV, so you need to be signed in for it to work. Creating an account is free.
Can I tailor my CV to a specific job?
Yes, on Pro. One click sends the job description into the Resume Customizer, the tailored version opens in the Resume Editor, and once you download it the tailored CV is saved as a job-specific variant with the role and company attached — then you go straight to the employer's apply link.
Where do the jobs come from?
Postings are aggregated from public job boards and employer career pages across the GCC and de-duplicated before they enter the feed. Applications always go to the employer's own apply link — DexterCV does not sit between you and the employer.
Will it show me jobs outside my field?
Only when they genuinely relate. Roles that are unrelated to your background are collapsed out of the recommended feed rather than shown with a flattering score, and roles well below your level are marked as such instead of being presented as easy wins.
When does Find Jobs launch?
