DexterCV is built on the hiring work of the Latinum HR Solutions team. Every figure you see on this site is defined here — what it counts, where it comes from, and when we last checked it. If you can't verify a claim, you shouldn't have to trust it.

How scores are produced
Resume scores come from a deterministic rule engine (parsing, structure, keyword coverage, formatting risks) — not from an AI model guessing a number. The same resume always produces the same score.
AI never invents experience
AI optimisation rewrites and reframes what is already in your resume. It does not add employers, dates, qualifications or metrics you did not provide.
Your data
Your resume content is never sold and is not used to train public AI models. You can delete saved resumes from your account at any time.
